The gates
- A self-contained VDI with dummy accounts plus admin access to inspect report definitions. Excel does not export cleanly from Orion under current security.
- The data layer: entity resolution (D360) live, then lineage mapped before any upstream build.
- Secure PII environment for the billing and commissions work (IT in progress).
- Confirm Kent as the data-layer touchpoint and the technical data-flow owners.

- Commissions: Bonsai sends the reports-and-queries grocery list; Orion returns one PII-stripped example work product.
- Performance: April sends the prioritized pain-point doc and the golden-standard checklist.
- Front-end validation request into the product team for the identified pathways.
- Conversations to land: Andrew (3.1 lineage), John (contact-center tooling), the Glia implementer.
Start now versus start on unblock
The proof chain (completeness check, Glia consolidation, pending-funding, FIX pre-population) can start immediately: same-system, no access required. The data-layer workstreams (commissions, trading ops, billing) start the day a VDI and dummy data exist.
